NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO WIN. Your entry constitutes your full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and Regulations and the decisions of Thredup Inc. related to the incentive drawing.
Eligibility: The incentive drawing is open only to legal residents of the forty-eight continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii and the District of Columbia, who are at least 18 years of age or older.
Void outside the forty-eight continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii and the District of Columbia and where prohibited by law. Contest subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
Entry Process: Beginning June 1, 2017 (12:01AM Pacific Time (“PT”) through June 5, 2017 (11:59PM PT), (“Entry Period”), your email address will be automatically entered into the Thredup 2017 Clean Out Survey drawing after you verify your understanding of the drawing rules and provide a valid email address during the online survey process.
Only one email entry per person, household and/or email address is allowed. Multiple entries shall be void. Use of any automated or programmed entry method or any false email account will void all entries made by that entrant. Entrants must be the registered subscribers of the email account by which the entry is made. The “registered subscriber” shall be deemed the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. All entries become the property of Drawing Administrator and will not be returned.
Drawing Administrator reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any Entry at any time in the event it is determined that the entrant has not complied with these Official Rules.
Prize: Three winners will each receive $500 thredUP Shopping Credit with a value not to exceed $500.
The winners will be determined by a random drawing between June 6, 2017 and June 8, 2017 from all eligible entries received by the Drawing Administrator, whose decisions are final and binding in all respects. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Winners will be notified by email. To claim the prize, the winner will be asked to provide their full name, mailing address and contact telephone number to the Drawing Administrator. This information must be provided via reply email within five (5) business days of their issuance or the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected in a similar random drawing from among the remaining eligible entries received. Failure to provide this information, failure to comply with any portion of these Official Rules and Regulations, or a prize or prize notification being returned as undeliverable will result in the winner being disqualified and an alternate winner being selected. Drawing Administrator reserves the right to verify the eligibility qualifications of the winner.
Prize is nontransferable. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prizes will be awarded “as is” with no warranty or guaranty, either express or implied, by Sponsor or by Drawing Administrator.
Release: Except where prohibited by law, by entering the Contest, each entrant agrees that Sponsor, Drawing Administrator and their designees may use his or her name and likeness for advertising, promotional and other purposes in any and all media now or hereafter known without further compensation or notification. Neither Sponsor, Drawing Administrator, nor their affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising and promotion agencies, or the respective officers, directors, employees or agents of the foregoing (collectively, the “Released Parties”) are responsible for (i) any injury, losses or damages of any kind resulting from participation in this drawing or acceptance, possession or use of any prize; or (ii) any warranty, representation or guarantee express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including but not limited to its quality, mechanical condition or fitness. If for any reason the drawing is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Drawing Administrator, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this drawing, Drawing Administrator reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the drawing, and judge entries from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to such action. Released Parties assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Released Parties are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received by Drawing Administrator on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this drawing. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS DRAWING IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW AND, SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, DRAWING ADMINISTRATOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
Privacy: Except as per the winners’ information discussed above, the personal information collected during the drawing will not be shared by Sponsor and/or Drawing Administrator with outside parties.
Winner’s Name and Official Rules: To obtain a copy of these Official Rules and Regulations or the list of the winners via mail, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope, specifying which you are requesting, to Thredup Inc., 114 Sansome Street, 5th Floor, San Francisco, CA 94104.
