NO CONTRIBUTION OR PURCHASE IS NECESSARY — MAKING A CONTRIBUTION WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING THIS GIVEAWAY
HOW TO ENTER THE GIVEAWAY: Beginning June 20, 2017 (12:01AM Pacific Time (“PT”) through June 25, 2017 (9:59AM PT), (“Entry Period”), you will be granted a giveaway after taking the Thredup 2017 Clean Out Survey drawing after you verify your understanding of the drawing rules and provide a valid email address during the online survey process.
Only one email entry per person, household and/or email address is allowed. Multiple entries shall be void. Use of any automated or programmed entry method or any false email account will void all entries made by that entrant. Entrants must be the registered subscribers of the email account by which the entry is made. The “registered subscriber” shall be deemed the natural person who is assigned to an e- mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any Entry at any time in the event it is determined that the entrant has not complied with these Official Rules.
ELIGIBILITY: Open only to legal residents of any one of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. THIS GIVEAWAY IS INTENDED FOR PLAY IN THE UNITED STATES ONLY. DO NOT ENTER THIS GIVEAWAY UNLESS YOU ARE LOCATED IN THE UNITED STATES AT THE TIME OF ENTRY.
The following persons are not eligible for the Giveaway:
• Persons are employees of Sponsor or its related organizations (“Employees’);
• Immediate family, and persons living in the same household as the Employee or Former Employee; and
• Other persons described in the entry instructions for this Giveaway.
Void where prohibited by law.
PRIZE: Prize description and Prize retail value as described on the online entry format for this Giveaway. Giveaway winners will receive $20 off any order $50 or more, via a unique promo code sent via email by June 28, 2017. Winner is responsible for any costs associated with using the prize. Prize is nontransferable, is not good for cash, and cannot be exchanged for other merchandise. Winner will receive delivery of the prize as arranged by Sponsor. Credits and gift certificates must be used in compliance with venue’s policies.
SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNER: Every eligible entry will be included in the giveaway. Sponsor will email all Giveaway winners from all eligible entries on the date specified on the description for this Giveaway. Winners will be notified by e-mail. The rules detailing giveaway eligibility are on file at Sponsor’s offices.
RELEASE: Except where prohibited by law, by entering the Giveaway, each entrant agrees that Sponsor and their designees may use his or her name and likeness for advertising, promotional and other purposes in any and all media now or hereafter known without further compensation or notification. Neither Sponsor nor their affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising and promotion agencies, or the respective officers, directors, employees or agents of the foregoing (collectively, the “Released Parties”) are responsible for (i) any injury, losses or damages of any kind resulting from participation in this drawing or acceptance, possession or use of any prize; or (ii) any warranty, representation or guarantee express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including but not limited to its quality, mechanical condition or fitness. If for any reason the drawing is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this drawing, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the drawing, and judge entries from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to such action. Released Parties assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Released Parties are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this drawing. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS DRAWING IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW AND, SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
RESTRICTIONS: By participating in in thredUP Giveaways, a participant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules, and by all decisions of the giveaway sponsor.
