About the Job

We are actively seeking a Life Skills Coach to help us develop a full scale life skills learning and development program that puts a major emphasis on arming our employees with the tools to make them successful in managing their everyday lives. The ideal candidate could be a former/current teacher, social worker, guidance counselor or life coach. A guru in community enrichment, personal development, and engaging a passive audience is a must!

This person would work in our Mechanicsburg Distribution Center while owning execution and program management for all four distribution centers nationwide. You will report to the onsite Human Resources Manager in Mechanicsburg.


  • Develop, plan, promote and scale programs that’ll enhance academic, social and/or economic growth of our hourly distribution center employees
  • Leverage classroom, online and individualized coaching methods to deliver life skills and professional development training
  • Forge relationships with local community centers/outlets to identify opportunities for employee enrichment
  • Create content and a program calendar that is scalable across multiple distribution centers
  • Work with HR Managers, Distribution Center Manager and other cross-functional partners to gain buy in at scale.


  • 3-5 years of  experience as a social worker, guidance counselor, teacher, life coach or similar
  • Prior experience with content creation and owning a program end-to-end
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills
  • Flexibility with scheduling to support a 24-hour facility
