Justice - Girls
Fashionable parents are always searching for retailers that have children’s clothing that accentuate their personal style. Justice is a premier shopping destination for girls’ clothing that you typically wouldn’t be able to find from retailers such as The Children’s Place and American Eagle Kids. Instead of focusing on the basics, Justice offers unique prints, vibrant colors, and cute slogans on their casual clothing. They also have an array of pieces that can be worn for formal occasions. As a popular children’s clothing retailer, you can typically find them in shopping malls around your area.
Justice has gone through a lot of rebranding over the years as it started out as Limited Too, the children’s collection for The Limited. In 1987 Limited Too was created and they focused on creating girls’ clothing for young children and infants. By 1996 there were over 288 stores throughout North America and the brand began to focus primarily on preteen fashions. By 2003 there were several other brand names created as a part of The Limited brand including Wet Seal and Gadzooks that targeted 15 to 20 year old women, quite similar to American Eagle Outfitters. In 2004 the company decided that they would focus more on girls’ clothing for younger shoppers and by 2008 Limited Too had been shut down and replaced by Justice. By 2009 there were over 560 different Justice stores put into local malls and as standalone retail locations.
Today there are over 920 different Justice locations in North America and they are the most popular retailer for girls’ clothing, outselling both Target and Walmart. The brand’s main objective is to give girls the ability to wear clothing that accentuates their personal style, whether they’re a tomboy or interested in glitter. The designers that currently work for the company are consistently putting out new designs to meet the needs of modern day shoppers, ranging from modest apparel to activewear. According to shoppers, the tastes appeal to both parents and children alike.
When you start browsing through their clothing you’ll immediately notice that each piece has been carefully designed with their target audience in mind. You’ll find more specialty products than what you would find from American Eagle Kids or The Children’s Place and for a more affordable cost as well. Whether you need to find a new blouse for your child for a formal event or if they need a pair of running shorts for gym class, there are many options available to you from Justice.
