thredUP is looking for a talented and experienced Senior Growth Marketing Analyst to help our Performance Marketing team acquire and retain customers efficiently at scale. This person will grow into an expert on a few digital marketing channels, with ownership of the channels’ strategy and success.  The role interacts extensively with the Marketing, Creative, Engineering, Finance, and Product teams. His or her input will help shape key business decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and manage digital paid marketing channels, incorporating innovative strategies and rigorous optimization across acquisition/retention
  • Identify and size new marketing opportunities
  • Work closely with Product and Engineering to build site features and enhance user experience
  • Design, implement, and analyze marketing A/B tests to cultivate learnings
  • Create and maintain KPI dashboards on marketing performance

Requirements

  • 3+ years of work experience in consulting/banking, performance marketing, e-commerce, or other quantitative/data-driven fields
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize work and manage time efficiently
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Master using Excel and other office tools
  • Proficiency in SQL
  • Ability to learn and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
  • BA/BS in quantitative fields or marketing from a top university

Preferred

  • Experience in e-commerce
  • Experience in startups
  • Knowledge/experience with performance marketing and/or E-Mail a plus
  • Looker Basics. Lookml experience a bonus
