How much does it cost to use ThredUp?

Shopping on ThredUp is free for buyers—there are no membership fees or hidden costs, just the price of the items and shipping.

For sellers, using ThredUp is also free to get started. You simply request a Clean Out Kit, send in your gently used clothes, and ThredUp takes care of the rest. When your items sell, a $14.99 fee per 30 lb-capacity bag will be deducted from your earnings to cover services like inspection, photography, shipping, and returns. If your earnings are less than this amount, you won’t be charged the difference.
