How do I know what tier I’m in?

Your tier is based on how much you’ve spent in a calendar year. Being a Star is free. To reach a higher tier, keep choosing used on thredUP! Want to know where you stand right now? Check your tier here.

To become a Superstar, you must spend at least $200 in the calendar year.

To become a VIT, you must spend at least $1,000 in the calendar year.

How do I earn points?

You earn points each time you make a purchase! Plus, any purchases made (sale items or not) throughout the duration of the Earth Month Sale, 4/22-4/24 will be subject to point multiplication depending on your tier. 1.2X more points for Stars, 1.3X more points for Superstars, and 1.4x more points for VIT status.

Can I use promo codes during this point multiplying event?

Go for it! The more savings the better. Any existing promo codes can be used and will not prevent your ability to boost your points throughout the duration of the sale. Your points will be applied to the subtotal of your cart.
