We accept items that are:

  • Clean, freshly washed
  • From a name brand
  • On trend and less than 5 years old
  • Free of tears, stains, or rips
  • In excellent condition

We do not accept the following items:

  • Items showing signs of wear: rips, tears, piling, fading, shrinkage, or blemishes of any kind
  • Items with missing or broken parts, stains, odors, or items that are shrunk, stretched, or altered
  • Items missing sizing information
  • Brands we do not accept

Clean out tips

  • Send in seasonally-relevant and currently on-trend items.
  • To help identify matching sets, please place them in smaller bags within your Clean Out Bag.
  • For designer items, you may be asked to provide evidence of authenticity.
  • Although new-with-tags items may receive a higher payout, they are not automatically accepted. They must meet our high-quality standards and be free of imperfections.
  • Fashion jewelry may be placed in a clear, zip-lock bag and placed inside your Clean Out Bag.
